The Internationalmedia group includes the parent company IM Internationalmedia AG and the five 100-percent subsidiaries IM Filmproduktions- und Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG (Gruenwald), Pacifica Film Distribution LLC (Los Angeles), Pacifica Film Development Inc. (Los Angeles), Intermedia Film Equities Ltd (London) and Intermedia Film Equities USA Inc. (Los Angeles).

The merger into a group was the logical development from the long-standing and successful collaboration of the individual companies.

The synergies resulting from the consolidation of the individual business divisions have structured the corporation into a versatile, rapid-response company that operates as a unique global player in the international film industry.
